my whats-it binding', our staff will do their best to get you
what you need. You'll find that our customer service extends
past their smiles to their willingness to serve you and the knowledge
they have on the products you're buying. All staff members
go through extensive training involving forty to fifty hours
of mandatory classroom work. These classroom sessions are run
by the different manufacturers and suppliers to ensure that every
staff member has a solid understanding of every product
they sell. The company and suppliers both support the program
- It's a way T&L can meet consumer's needs in
a very informed manner.
