Improving your on snow experience is our goal at T&L.

PERFORMANCE TIPS is a series of progressive body stretching & strengthening exercises designed to improve your ski or snowboard performance by preparing your body for the upcoming winter season. The experts at the Ottawa High Performance Centre have designed a program that includes exercises and tips to improve “Preseason Fitness”, “In Season" Fitness, and "Day-Of" performance. Together, we will take your skiing and boarding to the next level for more on snow fun this winter!
